Frequently asked questions

Planning a meeting, conference, incentive trip, or group tour in Stockholm? Below are answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t covered, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

Book as early as you can — ideally 6 to 12 months ahead for larger conferences and incentive groups, as the best venues and hotels fill up quickly, especially in peak season (May–September). Smaller meetings and short group trips can often be arranged on shorter notice. Send us your dates and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Stockholm works year-round. Late spring to early autumn (May–September) brings long days, mild weather, and the full archipelago experience, making it the most popular season. Winter offers a cozy atmosphere, Christmas markets, and easier venue and hotel availability. We’ll help you pick dates that fit your goals and budget.

Every program is tailor-made, so pricing depends on group size, season, hotel category, venues, activities, and length of stay. Instead of fixed packages, we build a custom quote around your brief. Share your requirements and we’ll prepare a detailed proposal.

We work with a wide range of venues across Stockholm — city-center conference hotels and congress centers, historic palaces, waterfront spaces, museums, and unique locations in the archipelago. We match the venue to your group size, format, and the atmosphere you want.
